Zouhir Louassini
Zouhir Louassini is a Moroccan journalist and writer. Phd in Semitic Studies (University of Granada, Spain) and visiting professor in a number of Italian and international universities, he writes occasional articles for the Arabic dailies “al-Hayat”, “Lakome” and “al-Alam”, and contributes to Radio Medi1 in Morocco. His articles on the Arab world have been published in Spanish dailies and magazines such as “El Pais” and “Ideas-Afkar”. In 1998 he published “Qatl al-Arabi” (Kill the Arab) and in 2007 “Fi Ahdhan Condoleezza wa bidun khassaer fi al Arwah” (In the arms of Condoleezza and without side effects), both written in Arabic and translated into Spanish. He currently collaborates with the Italian newspaper “L’osservatore Romano” and he has worked for Rai News since 2001.
