Lepa Mlađenović is a feminist activist, feminist counselor working with women victims of male violence and lesbians. Co-founder of the Women in Black Against War, a global network promoting peace and justice. Facilitator of experience-based workshops for women: on empowerment of activists, on multiple discrimination of women, especially lesbians. Editor of two books and author of essays on male violence, feminist lesbian responses to war, women’s solidarity. She contributed to the book “Le guerre cominciano a primavera” (2003) with “Il fruscio del respiro libero”. She is a researcher on lesbian activism during wartimes and member of international networks on rape in war, male violence, feminist initiatives, LGBT.
