Viviana Mazza (Catania, 1978) is a journalist at Corriere della Sera. She studied journalism at Columbia University and got a degree in Refugee Studies at the American University in Cairo. Journalist at the foreign desk, her work focuses mainly on Middle East, Pakistan, United States and Nigeria. Columnist for the 27Ora, dedicated to women issues and stories. Author for Mondadori of the books “Storia di Malala” (2014), “Il Bambino Nelson Mandela” (2014), “Storia di Malala” – a version for children and “Ragazze rubate. Le storie delle ragazze rapite da Boko Haram” (2016).
